Delivery & Returns
Special Order Items
Some items in our store are marked as “Special Order” items.
Special Order items are items which are difficult to ship, bespoke, or not held in stock.
In order to purchase a Special Order item you will need to contact us via phone, email, or come into our Ipswich store.
Delivery
Currently we only offer UK delivery to standard post codes through Royal Mail with one of the following services:
2nd Class
Tracked 24
Guaranteed Special
We also offer free click and collect from our store in Ipswich.
2nd Class delivery on standard sized parcels is free for orders of £50.00 and over.
Extra large items such as easels and large canvases will incur extra courier costs unless collected in person.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.
Orders containing cutting knives or other age restricted products can only be delivered using the Tracked 24 service and will incur extra postage charges for age verification purposes.
All loose paper sheets larger than A3 will be sent rolled in a tube. Sheets of paper will be shipped separately to other items in an order and may therefore incur extra charges.
We try to reuse our packaging wherever possible, and so you may receive other branded packaging/mixed packaging.
Order Tracking
Orders sent using Tracked 24 or Guaranteed Special can be tracked through your account or the tracking link sent to your dispatch email.
Tracking information will only become available once the order has been dispatched.
You will receive a dispatch email for the 2nd Class service but will not be able to track the order any further than that.
Tax
All prices on our website are inclusive of the standard 20% VAT rate.
Returns
In order to return an unwanted or faulty item to us please fill in our returns form and include this form in your returns parcel alongside the items you are returning.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of:
Bespoke items
Gift vouchers
Clearance items
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items to us.
Orders can only be amended up until they have been dispatched. Please call us if you need to change your order or delivery address as emails may not be picked up in time.
